The staples came out today!
OK admit it-- this image freaks you out!! But every teacher(and student) out there has the same image in their head of a staple remover--
An actual medical staple remover looks more like a scissors than this and operates in a much more humane way than this one does--Instead of "ripping" the staples out they are lifted up and out. Twelve staples out of my backside-which makes things MUCH more comfortable. Sitting and lying down now are more normal. Bruising is gone and the only evidence of surgery is the scar and the compression socks that I am still wearing.
